A thumbnail of our process looks something like this:

1.We start by meeting with you for INPUT, where we find out as much as we can about the product or service and your objectives. An estimate is generated.
2.We DESIGN solutions that fit your needs.
3.We REVIEW with you, the design mock ups to approve it before production.
4.We PRODUCE the body of the work and prepare final files.
5.We OUTPUT or deliver the files. (This might be book production files going to GAC for high speed web press printing user manuals, or it might be FTP delivery posting a web site.)

Electronic File Preparation since 1988
For the software user maunals, we provide the final production files for high volume web press printing. In these situations, the color is removed from solid blacks within figures to eliminate halos in high speed web printing. On sheet fed printers where registration is tighter, it's not a problem and actually a percentage of a color is added for a deeper, richer black.
